My husband and I recently took our 8 year old daughter to Disney World and it was the first time for all of us. Jan made it SO easy and non-stressful! She answered our million questions, even late the night before our flight out. She literally did all the planning for us using all of her GREAT knowledge of the parks and all of our preferences. She made everything happen that was on our "MUST" list and gave tips that we learned were invaluable. She even continued to help after our trip was over. You could tell she really cared for us personally and wanted our trip to be one for a lifetime, which she made happen!
