Training & Continuing Education for a Travel Professional comes about two ways:

  1. Training at home to learn all about the details of the resort, ship, or destination you're selling
  2. Training AT the actual resort, ship, or destination by participating in a FAM (short for familiarization) trip (more on FAMS below)

Part of your initial training process is taking part in intensive online training in the specialty area you've chosen. Once you complete this, you are eligible to participate in one of our exclusive FAMs. You can imagine how important it is to have walked the walk as much as possible. Agents who sell the most are also the ones who take those FAM opportunities regularly.
