Jan's attention to detail is superb! As an autism, food allergy family, details are important. Jan always answers my questions promptly and gives loads of great advice for how to handle situations. She goes above and beyond in stepping in to get everything we need on our reservations. All I have to do is tell her what we need, pick one of her recommendations then she takes care of the rest. She makes traveling for this family not only possible but enjoyable for everyone. I won't travel anywhere without her expertise.
