Michele Boyer helped us plan the Disney trip of our dreams. And then she even saved the day when we got snowed in!
It was time to plan our family's first trip to Disney and I did not know where to begin. By chance, my sister-in-law had recently liked the Facebook page of a Disney travel agent that a friend of hers had worked with. So I asked a few questions, heard good things and then got in touch with Michele Boyer right away.
Her love of Disney and in-depth knowledge of the parks and resorts is immediately evident. She answered all of my questions, made excellent recommendations, offered multiple options, made revisions, called me when a new offer became available and then we did the whole thing over again! She is extremely patient and responsive. I could not have asked for better.
On our last day at Disney, we had to cancel our flight home due to a blizzard in NY. Disney's own reservation line could not locate a place for us to stay in Disney but when I called Michele at 10:00 pm on a Friday night in a panic, she took care of everything. By Saturday morning she had us booked at another resort and even managed to find time to provide a host of suggested resort activities and dining options that we should check out during our extra days.
