This was our second time using Michele for our WDW vacation and I would use her again in a heartbeat. She's so knowledgeable I chose her as our agent over a family member! Ha! Not only is she a long time WDW fan/very knowledgeable she's fast at getting back to me, especially when she knew I was in Disney and needed help figuring something out. My best friend (who we went with this year and last) also uses Michele and recommended her. My mom decided to join us and Michele was able to take care of all of that.
