I was scared to even begin planning because I didn't know where to start. My sister in law recommended Ann, and after emailing with her a few times, I knew this was going to be breeze. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. We had an amazing trip even though our flight was cancelled. I emailed Ann during the issues with the airport (no fault of hers) and she responded quickly to help me avoid costly non-cancellation fees for our dining plans that we were going to miss. She was great all the way through, and even managed to save us a few bucks after booking! I will definitely be reaching out to her again for our next Disney vacation in a few years.
