A year ago, I started planning a trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Hubby and I decided on Costa Rica. Ann Goodman worked tirelessly with us in finding a trip that met our timeframe and budgetary needs. She booked our trip through Monograms and was very patient with my many questions. Ann is very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The trip met all our expectations and was very well organized. The accommodations were excellent.
