Amy Pruitt, our travel agent, helped to make the planning process for our Disney trip incredibly smooth.
This is the first time in a decade that we have used a travel agent. We loved how available Amy was for answering questions, providing detailed emails about upcoming things that we needed to do, providing options for our vacation planning and overall just keeping the process up to make sure our actual vacation was smooth--all for the same price as if you would have booked it yourself. There was so much added value for us. She kept abreast of a special that caused our vacation cost to decrease by over $700. She got up early to make all the dining arrangements--we got all the ones we had hoped. She answered all kinds of technical questions about the bands, meal plan, and insurance options. She provided a wonderful chart of opening/closing of the parks, extra hours of magic, and our own dining reservations on one colorful, easy-to-read sheet. She was available during our vacation to address a question that we had. She provided enthusiastic emails to help ramp up our own enthusiasm and generally, just helped us to continue the planning process. I will never do it myself again, especially since there is no added costs. She also followed up on our return to see if there was a way to make her service better. Two thumbs up all the way!
