I am so glad to have Michele help in planning our family vacation!
It was our first family vacation at Disney World and Michele did an awesome job in helping me wade through the enormous amount of information in planning our vacation. She provided me with information in helping to make decisions on choosing a resort, the Disney dining plan, park planning, transportation, and extra activities for our family of nine.
Michele was very prompt in responding to me whenever I had a question or concern about our trip from the very first email to the very last (while on vacation). If she did not know the answer to a question, she did not hesitate to find out and get back to me ASAP. Because of her this vacation was Incredible! We all had a wonderful, stress-free time! I would highly recommend Michele as a Disney Travel Agent and would use her again in planning any future trips to Disney.
