We have worked with Michele for four of our family vacations to Walt Disney World. This time she also helped us plan two days at Universal. We had a blast and came home with so many new memories! She assisted us from the very beginning when selecting which resort would fit our family best right up until the day before our trip when I had some last minute questions.
