Ann Goodman planned a trip to Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales. She was patient and sent us multiple options for tour companies. We ended up using Globus and Ann booked us the Celtic Highlights tour. Ann also kept us updated on any travel requirements, made restaurant recommendations, arranged transfers. It was a fantastic experience and we had a great time! Ann is organized, friendly, helpful, responsive. She has also booked us on an Alaskan cruise in the fall. We have been working with Ann for the last two trips to Disney world and she is amazing! Very knowledgeable about everything Disney as well as really quick to respond to emails with any questions we might have had. She booked everything from park and hotel stays to the Christmas parties. Ann, helped us plan a wonderful Disney cruise for my birthday! It was a wonderful cruise, we met many new people and enjoyed most of the excursions. We then spent 3 additional days in Puerto Rico. Although, it rained every day, we had an amazing time.
