Taking our 3-generation family of 14 to Walt Disney World, a place none of us had been, seemed completely overwhelming. I was scared to even begin planning because I didn't know where to start. My sister in law recommended Ann, and after emailing with her a few times, I knew this was going to be breeze. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. We had an amazing trip even though our flight was cancelled. I emailed Ann during the issues with the airport (no fault of hers) and she responded quickly to help me avoid costly non-cancellation fees for our dining plans that we were going to miss.
