This was our first family vacation to Disneyland and Wendy helped make it a wonderful experience. She helped us get everything we needed for a great trip. She helped make suggestions for things we would enjoy and she took care of getting everything reserved. Our trip was great and we enjoyed it.
Where Wendy really shined, was in helping us out when our flights got delayed. She went above and beyond, helping us get hotel rooms re-booked when we needed to extend our stay. She helped alert the hotel that we would be arriving a day late and that we would be arriving late at night when we finally arrived. She even helped arrange late night shuttle transport due to the hotel shuttle being shut down for the night because of our late arrival. She stayed in constant communication late into the night to ensure we arrived save and made it to the hotel.
I will definitely be using Wendy for all my future travel plans and I would highly recommend her to others. Our trip would not have been as enjoyable for us without her help!
