Wendy, our 3D Travel Agent, provided information, insight and first hand experience. We had been to Walt Disney World many times before - this trip was a late addition. Relying on her for the reservations and thoughtful, expert advice was invaluable. We did not have MagicBands the last time we went so that was a new experience. Made life easy to get into the parks, eat, and enter room all with one device. Upon arrival we were greeted and then offered an upgrade from an All-Star resort to the Animal Kingdom Lodge.
