I can't say enough positive things about Wendy Armstrong. She was very informative regarding our cruise many months ahead of the date. She helped resolve any issues we had with our FCC's, accounts and cruise balance questions. She provided us information on excursions and travel insurance that we never received from our previous TA with another company. Wendy always responded to my questions or emails within 24 hours which was awesome. I love that she created a FB page for our group so we could correspond and share information before our cruise (that was very helpful). I will definitely continue using Wendy in the future and will recommend her to everyone I know. Thanks again Wendy!!!
