We began planning our Christmas Trip in February. Nan helped us decide on a property and then gave us advanced notice of when to choose our meal destinations, fast passes, bands, etc. There were 3 families and 10 travelers - so a lot to coordinate. Making payments was easy. Nan set us up to access everything through our email. The HARDEST part of the entire experience was keeping the event a secret from all 5 grandchildren.
Our trip was a total success from infancy planning to arriving safely home. My goal was a trip that I had no worries and could enjoy every moment with my grandchildren and Nan certainly delivered on that goal.
