I would recommend this agent and company to anyone planning to go to Disney. Kim was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional all the way through the process of getting our family ready to go to Disney. We had a somewhat complicated plan, involving three separate family groups, and different departure times and park days, but she handled it with ease. She was very friendly and down-to-earth on the phone, which made me feel more like I was working with a friend than dealing with an impersonal company.
