Kim is the best out there!!!! She went above and beyond her job duties to ensure that we had an excelllent vacation.
She helped with preplanning and even the day before our departure she was outstanding in answering some of our last minute questions. Everything went smoothly from check in to dining. We had a BLAST!! I would highly recommend Kim to friends and family for future vacations. I know she will be our pick when we make a return visit to Disney. Thanks Kim!!!!! Great JOB!!!!
