Kim is an amazing Disney Travel Agent. She is honest, trustworthy and LOVES Disney. So she wants you to have as magical of a time as she can possibly plan. She will do whatever you need her to do. You can literally tell her you budget, wants, not wants, and she will come to you with a range of possibilities for you to choose from. She will be as involved or as little involved as YOU want her to be. For example, we personally like to plan our own dining, but if you want her to, she will be happy to make all those reservations for you. She is not trying to "take you". She will get you THE BEST bargain. She has also done about every thing there is to do at Disney Plus more, so she has hands on experience. She is available. I had to wait very minimally for response times to emails. She is also available for you while you are on your trip. It is not a, "Here's you trip..bye bye" situation.
