First time with Kim's help. Years ago I was refered to Kim via a mass email from a group I belong to. I'd tucked away her info and shared it with others. After friends of ours reported great service with her and it was finally MY turn to book a cruise, I was delighted to contact Kim myself. Her rapid responses and willingness to dig for any answers we needed spoke to her dedication to her clients. We would happily use Kim again for future trips.
