Our trip was great as usual. I have worked with Kim on the past 2 vacations & never have a worry.
Our only hang up this year was our room was infested with LOVE BUGS...have you ever been there during love bug season? Disney switched out our rooms after a bit of me whining & then my brother in law chatting :-) I didn't even have to call Kim..but I did have her cell number handy just in case. Thanks again for all you do.
