I love Kim!

Even though Kim didn't originally book my trip (I did), she graciously took over the reservation when I stepped down from my position . . . She was the epitome of grace and professionalism, while remaining fun and friendly. She was very helpful in adjusting our reservation when we needed to change not only our date but our hotel choice also. She even helped us while we were on vacation, when we had issues with our first room. I would definitely use Kim to book future Disney trips. In fact, we plan to in 2013!
