Kim Deviese is a wonderful travel agent. She is quick to respond to questions and is very helpful. If she doesn't know the answer to something, she finds out for you.
I've always been very much a "I'll do it myself" type of vacation planner; but, since meeting Kim and using her as an agent, I've been much more willing to give her the authority to help with our planning.
