Kim was awesome and knowledgeable. It was easy to reach her to get our questions answered.
I contacted Kim about a possible Disney Cruise. Within 2 hours she had found us several options to choose from. She paid close attention to look for the incentives the cruise line was offering to get us the best deal.
She was able to answer all of our questions. If not immediately, she would call Disney to confirm. She was just to work with.
