Kim was awesome!
Kim was absolutely wonderful! She even had to deal with our changing our tickets (twice) due to our daughter busting her eardrum. She was very informative and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting her at the meet-up too. She is such a relatable, personable, kind person. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to book a trip.
