Our family of four (7 - 63 yrs of age) had such a great time at all the parks we visited, greatly due to the heads-up advice our agent shared with us from our
first meeting with her right up to and during our trip. Without scheduling Fast Passes and dining reservations (on her advice) the trip would have been spent in l-o-n-g lines for rides & attractions and filled with disappointment not getting to eat at all the places we wanted. I was reluctant to do the dining plan but we wouldn't go back without it!! We ate more balaced meals and at times of the day more in line with our non-vacation lives. Our granddaughter was celebrating her 8th birthday a couple weeks early and our agent had an adorable gift bag filled with all sorts of treats and trinkets tied up with a Happy Birthday Disney balloon waiting for her at check-in. She was excited enough but that surprise really kicked the week off in style. She received more "Happy Birthday Princess" greetings than we could count - thanks to the Happy Birthday button she wore at every waking moment!! Having all the plans, advice, etc even helped us deal with the HEAT, HUMIDITY since we weren't stressed and confused and frustrated about anything else. Thanks again Holly!!
