The best travel agent I've ever had.
Denise is a WONDERFUL travel agent. Not only is she understanding and easy to work with but she is ALWAYS willing to accommodate the client. We had to make a few changes to our reservations and she was there and walked us through the changes so we understood what we were doing. She made sure we knew the price changes, the pros and the cons of our decision, and what to expect when we made the change. I have used one travel agency before and I did not have the experience and open communication I have with Denise. Whenever we decide to do a Disney trip again, I will call Denise before I call anyone else.
