I wanted to thank you again for all of your assistance in planning our vacation and let you know how wonderful our first Disney experience was.
Everything went very smoothly and we all had an incredible time. We had more than enough food and the restaurants we dined at were wonderful; [Our 5-year-old] loved meeting all of the characters this way. His autograph book was very full by the time we left! Plus we took over 1,000 pictures! The hotel was great, the Disney transportation was amazing, the crowds weren't terrible (I expected much worse!), the weather was fine. I honestly do not have a single complaint! (Okay, except for maybe the toll roads!) It rained a little everyday, but nothing that ruined the day. The ponchos were a lifesaver and if it hadn't been for you, I may not have thought to get any. You really helped to remove the stress of our vacation and I am extremely grateful for that! I have a couple of friends who are wanting to take a Disney vacation next summer and I told them that they absolutely must book with you and utilize your services if they go!
