For our group of 13 (3 - 70), this trip was a DisneyWorld first for most of us.
After reading a couple of guidebooks on Disney, we conferred with Denise and selected the Polynesian as our resort. We loved the laid back atmosphere, the setting with Magic Kindgdom view and especially the proximity to the TTC. Denise booked four rooms for us. She continually stayed abreast of rate and dining options changes (including free dining) always looking out for our best interests. In doing so, she was constantly changing our reservations to take advantage of every upgrade offered. We ended up on the third floor of the Tahiti longhouse with a theme park view (including balcony). Denise was able to make every dining reservation we asked for, including Cinderella's Royal Table. Denise was always prompt in her email and phone communications. Her tirelss effort made for a very memorable vacation.
