From beginning to end, Denise was exactly what we had hoped for. She was helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.
We looked at several travel agents to help us with our first cruise...a Disney Cruise. We found many different types of agents out there, but found that Denise offered us something that others did not...personalized and timely responsiveness. Sure, others offered more onboard credits, but often times we did not hear back from them for days when we were trying to get started. Denise was very responsive from the beginning all the way up to our departure. She also took the time to answer questions and help us even when she was dealing with family issues. Her thoughtfulness and consideration put us at ease and helped us have our best vacation ever. It was the perfect trip and I have already passed on her contact information to several other friends.
