This was our 2nd trip to Disney World and 2nd time using Amy Pruitt as our travel agent. She is fantastic! We were there for Hurricane Matthew when the parks closed that Friday. She happened to be nearby on her own family vacation and offered to bring us groceries to our hotel! She and the Disney resort were very accommodating. We had an awesome trip and I will never forget Amy going the extra mile to make sure our stay was great and that we had everything we needed. Thank you!
