Amy was absolutely perfect. From Day #1 she helped us and answered every question we had no matter what. Her responsiveness was unbelievable and there was no question she could not help us with or answer. Even when I made a mistake by forgetting my tickets- she was on the phone with Disney within minutes to get my situation fixed and have our vacation start off a little better than we were expecting.
I would recommend Amy for anyone wanting to travel and we will use her as long as we are able to.
