Amy has booked three great Disney vacations. I have always been impressed by how much she cares. She has always been extremely patient with all our questions, and quickly responded to our requests. Amy is always on. Countless times we would fire away an email late at night and receive a reply before we went to bed. Whenever I see someone going out of their way to ensure that each encounter with a customer is part of the experience, I have to acknowledge that.
