I deployed last year and decided to take my family to Disney World when I returned home. Amy walked me through everything. Including putting up with the various differences in times to respond to Requests for Information. She checked in on me through the process to ensure I had everything I needed. She even effortlessly handled a few last minute changes I had to make, well effortlessly on my part. I can’t say anymore about her other than she is absolutely awesome.
