Amy came to our rescue about 30 days before we were set to leave for Disney World... I'm a type "A" personality and was hesitant to utilize a travel agency, since I typically handle all our family planning... I found out that Amy and I could work together in planning our family vacation... Amy was there to do as much or as little as we wanted... all the while, providing valuable information and always being willing to go the extra mile... we had an issue upon checking in, it was a Sunday... I called Amy, she answered immediately, listened to the problem, then went to work on our behalf... I wasn't worried at all... AMY TO THE RESCUE! the issue was resolved in record time and our family vacation was saved... I could go on an on... AMY TOTALLY ROCKS and we are now clients for life!!
