Just wanted to give major kudos to our agent Amy Pruitt! This is my 4th trip using her to WDW. This trip was a dad and princess trip for my daughters and my daughter's friend. We all had a blast and it was fun watching my 12 year old's eyes light up when we had dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table.
Also wanted to give Amy major props for helping me out at the last minute as our flight got cancelled for our return trip back to Austin. I shot her a quick email letting her know the situation and she immediately jumped into action to book us another night at our military rate. She was keeping me updated via texts and ensured we were going to be taking care of. This is why I love her and refer her to my friends...it's that extra level of detail she provides and always being there!
Thanks AMY!!! BTW Kayla says she wants to go back already...holding out until 2019.
