Michele was awesome with the planning and logistics for first-timers like me! The information was so overwhelming, but she managed to break down what we may like or need for our vacation on DCL and WDW. She made it so much easier to plan and book ahead. I could not have done it better myself as I like to have control and plan my family vacations but she is the one to do it if you want to go to Disney World/Disney Cruise!
