We had a great experience working with Ann Goodman! This was our second time working with Ann. We started working with her last spring in planning a trip for our 30th anniversary. Ann gave us several options and we decided on Costa Rica. Ann then set hard to work on finding us an itinerary that met our requirements and budgetary needs. Ann found us the perfect trip through monograms. Ann was very proactive and responsive in making sure we got our hotel upgrades and keeping us updated in Covid requirements and needed documents. She always responded to our questions quickly and also sent us tips on what to pack and on culture in Costa Rica. She also sent us some treats prior to our trip -a journal, map, and a small booklet about Costa Rica. Our trip went smoothly and was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute. We highly recommend Ann and will definitely use her again for our future big adventure!
