Planning a vacation on your own can be very time-consuming and stressful. Combing through all the possibilities and not knowing which are really going to give you the vacation you are dreaming of can be overwhelming. I am here to help you take back your time, have confidence in your vacation decisions, be able to enjoy the anticipation of your vacation, and have support during your travel as well. You can have fun while I use my expertise and experience to take care of all the details.

You may have an idea of when and where you want to go, but I would like to speak with you more about those plans to really get to know you, your story, and what is most important to you for this vacation. This allows me to be able to sort through the many opportunities available to find those that are going to give you the best vacation experience. We can set up a complimentary consultation call where we will talk through your vacation dreams, and you can get to know me and how we will work together to create the perfect itinerary. I may even answer some questions you did not know to ask.

At the close of our call, I will have a good idea of the scope of the planning required for your vacation and will present you with the amount of your research and design fee. You can find a basic menu of my fees below. This fee allows me to personalize your experience from the ideas you have now through the time that you travel.

After our consultation, I will email you an invoice for your research and design fee. Once our home office has notified me that the invoice is paid, I will begin working on your vacation. You can expect to receive your initial proposals within 72 hours (often, much less). I will provide several options for you to consider based on our consultation. These initial proposals give us a great starting point for homing in on the final itinerary. You will want to look them over, ask questions, and give me feedback on what you like (or don’t like), so I can adjust until we get it right.
