This is the same package or room you’d book online or by calling Universal Orlando. The difference is, by allowing me to book it for you, I am able to help you make all your vacation dreams come true! I am committed to finding you the best price and privileges available, even if it means I rebook you several times to get the most out of the best Universal has to offer. Often I can save you money just because of my knowledge, resources and research. I'm also committed to helping you make the most of your time while you're at Universal Orlando® Resort, as I guide you through resort selection, dining choices, and help you with itinerary planning.

Ticket Options
Your package price comes with Park to Park Tickets, which means you can visit both Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure, and Universal’s Volcano Bay (if you choose a 3-Park option) on the same day. You will also be able to see both sides of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter each day AND travel between the two on the Hogwarts Express. For Ticket Only quotes, I've also quoted Park-to-Park tickets. If you only requested a room-only reservation, let me know if you would also like a quote to include tickets.
Other Destinations
Are you planning on visiting other destinations while in Orlando or the surrounding area? I can combine destinations such as Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, LEGOLAND, cruises and more. We can schedule a split stay or tickets only. The more I know about your plans, thoughts and dreams; the more I can work at making it all happen!
Insurance Options
Would you like insurance to cover your trip? We offer two options for insurance. Cancel for Any Reason must be added to your trip prior to final payment and is non-refundable. We also offer a separate one by Travel Guard. If you choose to purchase insurance, you will add either product directly through me.

Avoid all non refundable fees for vacation cancellations prior to departure, for any reason. Any monies paid will be returned to the customer who booked the tavel except the cost of published airfare. See more details below. - Travel Guard Travel Insurance Plan
The Plan is customizable for your entire trip – whether you are just visiting Universal Orlando or combining it with other destinations and flights. If you are interested in this product, I will create a quote specifically covering the options of your trip. Book within 15 days of making your initial trip deposit to have the pre-existing medical condition exclusion waived. This product can be purchased up to 24 hours prior to your trip (will not include pre-existing medical condition exclusion waiver). Request a quote from me for more details about the different Plans. The Preferred Plan is the most popular one.
Transportation
Do you need transportation? Are you flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO)? Are you looking for transfers to Walt Disney World or Port Canaveral? We have options! Let me know if you would like pricing for these. Are you driving? Parking fees are payable per night of your stay at the resort when you check-in. They can range anywhere from $15-28 plus tax for self-parking. Prices are subject to change and Valet is available at select resorts for an increase in fees.

Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Offers the magic and service of Universal Orlando Resorts at a great value and include many of the same benefits of staying at a Universal Orlando Resort Hotel. This family-friendly Resort offers fun and whimsical architecture and decor, sand beaches and water features in a cool pool and informal food court dining. Cabana Bay does not include the Unlimited Express Pass.
Sapphire Falls
Sapphire Falls Resort takes you to the islands with Caribbean styling and convenient location, including a waterlaunch directly to Citywalk, leading directly to both theme parks. Sapphire Falls does not include the Unlimited Express Pass.
Portofino Bay Resort

Medical Requirements / Allergy Restrictions
Do you have medical requirements or allergy restrictions that I should know? Please let me know in as much detail as possible what you will require while on vacation. I will do my best to take care of everything that I am capable of prior to your trip. I will make a note of any allergies on your dining reservations, request an accessible room, and/or special room accessories for the bathroom or room. Universal Orlando Resort is VERY accommodating when it comes to taking care of their guests and we all want your trip to go as smoothly as possible.
I'm Ready To Book! What's Next?
Make any final decisions on resort and any upgrades for your tickets, arrival and departure dates and whether or not you’d like to add insurance to your package, and then let me know. I’m here to help if you have any questions or need additional pricing options! I’ll place a 3 day courtesy hold and send you a copy of the reservation. Once you’ve looked it over and confirmed it’s exactly what you want, I’ll apply a minimum deposit of $50 per person per package/room on your behalf. This can be a credit card, check or money order, all of which are payable to Universal. The remainder of your payment is due 45 days before you travel. Full Terms and Conditions can be found on Universal Orlando's website. Cancellation of Reservation - If the reservation is cancelled, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees, vacation insurance premium and other amounts owed, will be refunded. For cancellations made 31 days or less prior to guest arrival, there is a cancellation fee of $50 per person/per package, plus any cancellation fees assessed by third party hotels or other suppliers. For any changes after 45 days prior, a $50 fee will be imposed. For cancellations made 1 day or less prior to guest arrival, the full price of the package is non-refundable.
