You'll be happy to know, when you book with 3D Travel with either a Disneyland Resort Package or Room-only reservation from Disneyland, this is the same package or room you'd book online or by calling Disney. The difference is, by allowing us to book it for you, we're able to help make all your Disney dreams come true! We are committed to finding you the best price and privileges available. Often we're able to save you money just because of our knowledge, resources and research. We're also committed to helping you make the most of your time while you're at Disneyland Resort, a process you'll become more aware of after you've decided to book with us. We will guide you through dining choices, help make your dining reservations and help you with itinerary planning!

You have a couple of different options for tickets at Disneyland. You can purchase tickets to visit 1 park per day or you can purchase tickets that include the Park Hopper option. Since Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are just a few minutes' walk from each other, many people opt to purchase tickets with the Park Hopper option. In order to experience all that both Parks have to offer, we recommend that you purchase tickets for a minimum of 3 days. You can buy tickets for up to 5 days.

Guests staying at one of the Disneyland Resort hotels can take advantage of admission to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park 30 minutes early to enjoy select attractions, dining and shopping locations.

Take your day to the next level with Disney Genie+ service for even more flexibility and convenience. This new service lets you use the Lightning Lane entrance - available at a variety of attractions and experiences throughout Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Plus, discover the parks in cool new ways through engaging audio tales and enjoy unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads from the day.

 

Are you planning on visiting other destinations while in Anaheim or the surrounding area? I can combine destinations such as Universal Studios Hollywood, SeaWorld San Diego, Aquatica, LEGOLAND, Knott's Berry Farm, cruises and more. Don't forget about San Diego, nearby Hollywood and the beautiful Southern California beaches! We can schedule a split stay or tickets only. The more I know about your plans, thoughts and dreams; the more I can work at making it all happen!

 

Would you like insurance to cover your trip? We offer two options for insurance. If you choose to purchase insurance, you will add either product directly through us.

  1. Walt Disney World Insurance by Aon Affinity
    It is $85 per adult and children up to and including age 17 are included in the per-adult price. It is non-transferrable and non-refundable. It must be placed on the package prior to final payment. Payment for insurance is due at the time of placing it on the package. If you need more information, please call AON Affinity at (800) 618-0692.
  2. Travel Guard Travel Insurance Plan
    The Plan is customizable for your entire trip – whether you are just visiting Disney or combining it with other destinations and flights. If you are interested in this product, I will create a quote specifically covering the options of your trip. Book within 15 days of making your initial trip deposit to have the pre-existing medical condition exclusion waived. This product can be purchased up to 24 hours prior to your trip (will not include pre-existing medical condition exclusion waiver). Request a quote from me for more details about the different Plans. The Preferred Plan is the most popular one.
 

When flying into Southern California, you have 2 choices for ground transportation that can be purchased through Disney Travel Company: shuttle or rental car.

Shuttle Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information

Karmel Shuttle provides service by reservation to and from John Wayne (SNA), Los Angeles (LAX) and Long Beach (LGB) airports, and all the hotels and motels in the Anaheim Resort Area. Service is available 7 days a week.The type of vehicle your party will travel in is based on the number of passengers in your group. Vehicle options include an unmarked transport van, a black SUV or a town car. Private shuttle service is available for parties of up to 9 Guests. Shared shuttle service is available for parties of up 5 Guests. If you select shared service, your party will be riding in a vehicle with other Guests.

ADA wheelchair accessible vehicles are temporarily not available.

California law generally requires all children under age 8 be secured in a child safety seat. Guests must provide and install their own child safety seat. Child seats are not provided by the transportation company. Children (including infants) are not allowed to sit on the lap of another passenger. All children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

-Children up to 4 years old and less than 40 pounds require an infant or car seat.
-Children younger than age 8 or shorter than 4 feet 9 inches, but more than 40 pounds, require a booster seat.

Rental Cars
Rental cars are available for drivers age 21 and older. All rentals are non-smoking. Car rentals are based on 24-hour periods. If the drop-off time is later than the pick-up time, additional charges may be applied at the time of drop-off. Pricing will vary by driver's age, airport, and destination. Additional charges may apply for infant car seats and child car seats.
 

There are several different options available for you when dining at the Disneyland Resort. Choose from quick service dining or table service dining at Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, Downtown Disney District, or either of the 3 official onsite Disneyland Hotels. There are even different locations that offer character meals for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We recommend that you book your character meal reservations in advance. Dining reservations for table service meals and character meals can be made up to 60 days in advance.

 

The new Disney Genie+ Service combines 2 popular services to help you make the most of the magic while you are in the Parks! With the Disney Genie+ Service, you can:

  1. Get unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads for the day
  2. Make Genie+ selections from your mobile device while you're in the Parks.

Enjoy the benefits of Disney's Genie+ for only $30/person per day if you add it to your package. If you wait to add it while you are in the parks, the price and availability will vary by date.

 

Disneyland Resort has 3 amazing onsite hotels, all of which are within walking distance of the Disneyland Parks and Downtown Disney District. Here is information about what is included with an onsite official Disneyland Resort hotel vacation package. The 3 current onsite hotels are:

  1. The classic Disneyland Hotel, which includes Magical Disney touches, such as a Sleeping Beauty Castle light-up musical headboard above the beds.
  2. The whimsical Paradise Pier Hotel that celebrates the carefree California lifestyle with warm personal service.
  3. The luxurious Disney's Grand Californian Hotel, which celebrates the majestic beauty of California and the craftsman era with amazing attention to detail.

You can also choose to stay at one of the nearby Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotels. With over 50 different hotels to choose from, you're sure to find one that fits your family’s travel style, size and budget! Many of these are within walking distance of the Disneyland Resort. Those that aren't offer a shuttle service on the affordable Anaheim Resort Transit System (ART). If you are interested in staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel, ask us for recommendations.

 

Do you have medical requirements or allergy restrictions that we should know about? Please let us know in as much detail as possible what you will require while on vacation. We will do our best to take care of everything that we are capable of prior to your trip. We will make a note of any allergies on your dining reservations, request an accessible room, and/or special room accessories for the bathroom or room. Disneyland Resort is VERY accommodating when it comes to taking care of their guests and we all want your trip to go as smoothly as possible.

You'll make any final decisions on resort and any upgrades for your tickets, arrival and departure dates, whether or not you'd like to add insurance to your package, and then let your 3D Travel Specialist know.


We're here to help if you have any questions or need additional pricing options! Your advisor will place a 3 day courtesy hold and send you a copy of the reservation. Once you've looked it over and confirmed it's exactly what you want, we will apply a minimum deposit of $200 per package/room on your behalf. All payments show as payable to The Walt Disney Travel Company. We receive no money in this transaction. The remainder of your payment is due 45 days before you travel. Full Terms and Conditions are included in your reservation hold to look over. For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to Guest arrival, amounts paid (minus cancellation fees assessed by third party hotels or other suppliers, non-refundable travel protection plan costs, and other amounts owed) will be refunded. For cancellations made 5 days to 29 days prior to Guest arrival, amounts paid (minus a cancellation fee of $200 per package and minus any cancellation fees assessed by third party hotels or other suppliers, non-refundable travel protection plan costs, and other amounts owed) will be refunded. For cancellations made 4 days or less prior to Guest arrival or for no-shows, the full price of the package (including Disneyland® Resort admission tickets and all other components of the package) is non-refundable.No refunds will be made for early departure from hotel or for unused or partially used admission tickets, options, components, or features.
