You have a couple of different options for tickets at Disneyland. You can purchase tickets to visit 1 Park ticket per day or you can purchase tickets that include the Park Hopper option. Since Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are just a few minutes’ walk from each other, a lot of people opt to purchase tickets with the Park Hopper option. In order to experience all that both Parks have to offer, we recommend that you purchase tickets for a minimum of 3 days. You can buy tickets for up to 5 days; purchasing 3 or more days of tickets includes one Magic Morning admission into selected attractions at a designated Disneyland Resort Theme Park one hour before general park opening. If you want to purchase more than 5 days of tickets, it’s more economical to purchase an Annual Pass.

Another option for tickets is to purchase a Southern California CityPASS. This includes a 3 day Park Hopper ticket to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park (includes 1 Magic Morning admission), as well as 1 day admission to SeaWorld San Diego and 1 day admission to Legoland California.


Let's talk about other exciting destinations such as Universal Studios Hollywood, SeaWorld San Diego, Aquatica, LEGOLAND, Knott’s Berry Farm, cruises and more. Disneyland offers options for transportation and tickets to most of these other destinations as part of your vacation package. We can schedule a split stay or tickets only. Of course, don’t forget about San Diego, nearby Hollywood and the beautiful Southern California beaches! Yes! You WOULD like insurance to cover your trip! We offer two options for insurance. If you choose to purchase insurance, you will add either product directly through your 3D Travel Agent.

  1. Walt Disney World Insurance by TravelEx
    It is $75.50 per adult and $5.50 per child ages 17 & under. It is non-transferrable, non-refundable, and must be used within 365 days of placing it on your package if you change dates. It must be placed on the package prior to final payment. Payment for insurance is due at the time of placing it on the package.   2. Travel Guard Insurance
    This one is completely customizable for your entire trip – whether you are just visiting Disneyland, or combining it with other destinations and flights. If you are interested in this product, we will create a quote specifically covering the options of your trip. Book within 14 days of making your deposit to be covered for most pre-existing conditions as well as providing you with bonus coverage. This product can be purchased up to 24 hours prior to your trip (will not include pre-existing conditions or bonus coverages). The insurance is non-refundable but can be moved to new travel dates as needed. Request a quote from me for more details about the different plans. The Gold Plan is the most popular one.

You wouldn’t drive your car without insurance and it doesn’t make much sense to spend your hard-earned money on a vacation without a back-up plan if something goes wrong. If your vacation ends up being shortened or delayed while you are there, someone gets sick, or luggage is lost by the airline, it is nice to know that you can be reimbursed for some of it. You don’t plan to get in an accident with your car but you prepare for it. Isn’t your family’s vacation important as well?


When flying in to Southern California, you have 2 choices for ground transportation that can be purchased through Disney Travel Company: shuttle or rental car.

Shuttle Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information

Shuttle service via Karmel Shuttle 9-passenger van is available 7 days a week during the operating hours of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Orange County Airport (SNA), Long Beach Airport (LGB) and Ontario International Airport (ONT). When you receive your confirmation, you’ll see the number to call to provide your arrival time and contact information. Wheelchair-accessible vans are available.

If you are traveling with children, please note that Karmel Shuttle does not provide child safety seats.
-Children up to 4 years old and less than 40 pounds require an infant or car seat.
-Children younger than age 8 or shorter than 4 feet 9 inches, but more than 40 pounds, require a booster seat.

Rental Cars
Rental cars are available for drivers age 21 and older. All rentals are non-smoking. Rentals include unlimited mileage. Pricing will vary by driver's age, airport, and destination. Additional charges may apply for infant car seats and child car seats.

There are several different options available for you when dining at the Disneyland Resort. Choose from quick service dining or table service dining at Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, Downtown Disney District, or either of the 3 official onsite Disneyland Hotels. There are even 5 different locations that offer character meals for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We recommend that you book your character meals reservations in advance (must be paid for in full at the time of booking or added to your vacation package). Dining reservations for table service meals and character meals can be made up to 60 days in advance.


The new Disney MaxPass combines 2 popular services to help you make the most of the magic while you are in the Parks! With the Disney MaxPass, you can:

  1. Get unlimited Disney PhotoPass downloads for the day
  2. Make FASTPASS selections from your mobile device while you’re in the Parks.

Enjoy the benefits of the Disney MaxPass for only $20/person per day. Everyone in your party must have the Disney MaxPass in order to enjoy FASTPASSES together.


Disneyland Resort has 3 amazing onsite hotels (soon to be 4!), all of which are within walking distance of the Disneyland Parks and Downtown Disney District. Here is information about what is included with an onsite official Disneyland Resort hotel vacation package. The 3 current onsite hotels are:

  1. The classic Disneyland Hotel, which includes Magical Disney touches, such as a Sleeping Beauty Castle light-up musical headboard above the beds.
  2. The whimsical Paradise Pier Hotel that celebrates the carefree California lifestyle with warm personal service.
  3. The luxurious Disney's Grand Californian Hotel, which celebrates the majestic beauty of California and the craftsman era with amazing attention to detail.

You can also choose to stay at one of the nearby Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotels. There are more than 40 hotels to choose from and you can select from Value, Moderate, Superior, and Suite hotels. Many of these are within walking distance of the Disneyland Resort. Those that aren’t offer a shuttle service on the affordable Anaheim Resort Transit System (ART). If you are interested in staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel, ask your travel agent for recommendations.


Do you have medical requirements or allergy restrictions that we should know about? Please let us know in as much detail as possible what you will require while on vacation. WE will do our best to take care of everything that we are capable of prior to your trip. We will make a note of any allergies on your dining reservations, request an accessible room, and/or special room accessories for the bathroom or room. Disneyland Resort is VERY accommodating when it comes to taking care of their guests and we all want your trip to go as smoothly as possible.

You'll make any final decisions on resort and any upgrades for your tickets, arrival and departure dates, whether or not you’d like to add insurance to your package, and then let your 3D Travel Specialist know.

We're here to help if you have any questions or need additional pricing options! Your agent will place a 3 day courtesy hold and send you a copy of the reservation. Once you’ve looked it over and confirmed it’s exactly what you want, they'll apply a minimum deposit of $200 per package/room on your behalf. All payments show as payable to The Walt Disney Travel Company. We receive no money in this transaction. The remainder of your payment is due 45 days before you travel. Full Terms and Conditions are included in your reservation hold to look over. Cancellation of Reservation - If the reservation is cancelled, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees, vacation insurance premium and other amounts owed, will be refunded. For cancellations made 29 days or less prior to guest arrival, there is a cancellation fee of $200 per package, plus any cancellation fees assessed by third party hotels or other suppliers. For any changes 30 days or less prior to arrival, a $50 fee will be imposed. For cancellations made 1 day or less prior to guest arrival, the full price of the package is non-refundable.
