Know Before You Go

Are you excited?! Do you have any questions before you go? Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything else before you go. On your arrival day, I will hand you over to the excellent Cast Members at the Walt Disney World® Resort to answer all of your questions and take care of all of your needs, wishes and wants. Transportation

  • If you are flying into the Los Angeles area, ask me about booking you on Karmel Shuttle, Disneyland’s preferred shuttle provider. Prices vary depending on which airport you are flying into and which hotel you are staying at.
  • Car rentals are available, too, if you prefer to drive.
  • If you are driving to Disneyland Resort and staying at one of the beautiful onsite resorts, please be aware that there is a fee for parking. Parking is $25/night for self-parking and $35/night for valet parking. Good Neighbor Hotels may or may not charge a parking fee, depending on the hotel. Some hotels may also charge a daily resort fee.

Park Tickets

If purchased in advance as part of your vacation package, your Park tickets will be held for you at the front desk of your hotel/resort. You will receive those when you check in. We do not mail tickets as they are live tickets, and if they get lost in the mail, anyone else can use those tickets.

When you add the Disney MaxPass feature to your ticket, you’ll be able to download, save and share all of your Disney PhotoPass photos captured during an entire day. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to reserve digital Disney FASTPASS selections right from your mobile device using the Disneyland app while you’re in the parks.
