In travel industry lingo, a FAM is a FAMiliarization trip meant to immerse a travel professional in a product - in this case, Walt Disney World Resort. And what we'll be doing is not only visiting the parks, but also spending many hours in the classroom & touring both resort rooms at many resorts & the beautiful Disney Fantasy while it is docked at Port Canaveral.
Our team has the BEST time on these trips, even though we skip sleep and walk until we literally can't feel our feet anymore. We bond with our fellow team members, create memories and constantly learn from each other - much more than we could ever learn in a classroom.
