We had never been on a cruise and never been out of the country. We didn't know about passports. Then we met Stacy. She is amazing. She showed us our options and made it so easy. We were offered an upgrade and she kept us in the loop of any changes. Getting to see the monkeys and the birds was a dream come true. She really made us the happiest people ever.
