Jill Coltharp helped arrange my long-awaited Land and Sea Tour to Alaska with my husband…she did an amazing job booking the perfect room on our Holland America ship (Noordam) and made specific recommendations so we could have the best view on the entire ship of Glacier Bay. Seriously, the ship’s naturalist conducted sightseeing and wildlife spotting sessions 2 floors up from exactly where we were - from our balcony we could just look up and see where her finger was pointing from the deck to see where the whales were breaching and we didn’t even have to be part of the group - we saw it all from our own balcony in our warm and cozy Holland America bathrobes!!! I have to pay special kudos to Jill because she placed us not to far from that pool deck but not right below it either because she said we didn’t want to hear the commotion from the pool area - great expertise was used to create the perfect experience and I will definitely be booking with her again. I just returned from 7 days in St. Lucia - my second trip that Jill Coltharp has helped me book. Besides the mild sunburn that I brought home, I loved everything about this trip. The service at Sandals Grande St. Lucian was flawless and the resort was beautiful. Jill had some great recommendations about staying at Sandals that I definitely appreciated and took advantage of. Jill was fantastic. We kept changing our minds, but Jill took all of our questions and changes without a problem. She sent us tips on some of the new attractions and also hints about the new requirements that the Parks had in place. She gave great recommendations on lodging and dining. We went to all four parks and took advantage of staying at Pop Century where we were able to use Disney's onsite transportation, including the Skyliner. We were able to have a character breakfast at Toppolino's Terrace and dinner at Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom. Jill was terrific.
