Jan was tireless in her efforts to make sure we got what we wanted from this cruise. Once we got off the plane in Florida everything was on "cruise" control.
She made it very easy by explaining every process. Her countdown to the cruise was great. As it got closer it was nice of her to check in multiple times to make sure were understood what we needed to do, bring, etc. We are very happy with her efforts and would not do it again without her.
