Heidi skillfully booked our first family trip to Disneyland. She fielded millions of questions from this anxious mom and provided excellent options and communication. Prior to our trip she created a custom itinerary to help us know how to navigate the parks, gave lots of suggestions on things to try as well as how to pace ourselves each day. Even while we were in the park she was making new dining reservations for us or adjusting times so that we had the optimal options for our group of 8. So happy that I placed my trust in her and can't wait to have her help next time. She has made me a Disney addict :)
