My wife loves animal. All kinds, all shapes, all sizes. So imagine her surprise when Amy said she was getting us upgraded to Animal Kingdom. We had booked our vacation stay at Port Orleans and had begun getting the restaurants setup as we had the dining plan as part of the package. I get an email from Amy, “Hey, how about we put you in AK?” OMG let me think,YASS GIRL! She explained that we could move to my wife’s dream for almost what we’d already put down. But more than that, Amy knew what we really wanted and found it for us. So she changed our resort, (with a savanah view I might add) and set about changing restaurant reservations. I would get emails posted in the middle of the night saying that our Amy was able to book us at this restaurant and that restaurant. There is no way we could have ever gotten the trip that we ended up with on our own.

I can’t say enough good things about Amy!!! For the third time she handled our trip perfectly! This time we combined Disney and Universal together in one single trip. She was able to advise our best options as far as hotels and parks, and all of her advice was great!!! I’m so glad we found Amy. She’s always available and open for questions especially for those who aren’t “Disney Pros”. I wouldn’t think of planning a Disney or Universal trip without her!
