Check in was simple.  Greeting was ok.  Staff was busy.

We ran into one of the male staff members a couple of times. I think he was a maintenance guy, but was also vacuuming the lobby area.  He was very friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. 

It was well-kept and clean.

It's a little hard to get into and out of.  It is very close to Penn Square mall.  There is a Mexican restaurant across the parking lot.  If clients are planning to spend a lot of time downtown, a different location would be more convenient, but it's only about 15 minutes away.

There was a basketball tournament in town the weekend we were there.  Management did all right, but it was a little chaotic.  At one point, a Sherriff's deputy came through the lobby so I think they were handling some sort of dispute.

Our room faced the Northwest Expressway and traffic could be heard, but not overwhelming.

Family hotel.

Nope.

It was OK, and was at a good price.  We will probably pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time.  We may have just become more accustomed to other brands a step up (hazard of the job).
