Check In & Greeting Process
Reception desk is behind the lobby in a private area.  We were checked in and then shown to our rooms.
Service / Room Service / Housekeeping
Service was exceptional. I did not experience room service.
Cleanliness / Refurbishment Observations
Although this is an older building, it has had some recent updates and the public areas are very trendy.  The rooms are spacious and clean.  The only place that really shows age is the typical small, European elevators.
Activities & Amenities
The lobby area is a bar/restaurant that opens out into the sidewalk and is a very lively area.  The bottom floor of the hotel houses a bar, a restaurant and a couple of bowling lanes.

Kids Activities & Amenities
The hotel has a variety of family rooms available.  I did not experience any, but the website mentions that they do have some "special attentions" prepared by their Guest Experience team for the kids.  
Location Observations
This hotel is located in the Salamanca district, within walking distance of many trendy restaurants and shopping venues.  Next door is a cheesecake shop that always had a line out the door.
Dining Options / Observations
Breakfast is served in the lobby area, with a variety of cold items on a buffet, and cook to order dishes were available as well.  Our arrival lunch was served in the open-air lobby area, and it was incredible!  
Crowd Levels & Management Observations
The lobby area is quite busy, as it appears to be a great spot for cocktails after work.  The rooms are totally separated from this area, though, so you do not have any of the noise or bustle once you've crossed the lobby.
Nightlife Observations
The DJ in the lobby was going strong as we would walk through at the end of a long day.  I suspect the bar on the lower level was lively as well.

Noise Levels
Pretty loud in the lobby with a DJ or canned music in the late afternoon/evening, but not in the rooms.
General Atmosphere - party, relaxation, etc.
Very lively, but not obnoxious.
Bell Services, Luggage Handling, Valet, Other Amenities
Luggage was delivered to our rooms after check-in.
Additional Comments
This is a great place for the 20's-30's crowd, but I really think all ages would feel comfortable here.
